Imagine being captured in your own country, shipped to a foreign land, and held for over 2 years without being told the reason, or being granted any of the rights laid out by the Geneva convention.

Fact : The US owes the UN $1.3 billion in back payments. I hardly call that being funded by the US tax payer.
