Ubuntu with Apple Trackpad
Much as I would prefer to have a real Mac of some description at work, corporate IT still hasn't seen the light (it's only a matter of time, the revolution is happening from within!). Until then, Ubuntu has been doing a grand job of providing me a usable desktop OS. And now it also supports the Apple Trackpad. Instructions here on how to get it working with 10.10:

I had to create the /etc/X11/xorg.conf file as it didn't already exist, but after doing so, adding the config, and restarting it works well.
Except for text selection, not figured out how that works yet....
